The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but just a heads up: a few of the candies I really wanted were out of stock. I still found some other options, so it wasn’t a total loss, but I’d warn people not to assume everything listed will actually be available. I just wish they kept the stock updated better.

The candy itself was good, no real complaints there. But dealing with customer service was annoying. I waited way too long for a response and ended up having to send another message just to get someone to reply. When they finally did, it felt like one of those canned apologies instead of an actual helpful response. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

I picked up Ocho Candy because the whole organic, cleaner-ingredient angle sounded appealing, you know? The label definitely looks better than a regular candy bar, and I did like feeling like I was choosing something a little less junky.
That said, it still tasted sugary to me, and I’m not sure it felt that different from other candy. A couple of the bars were good, but some were almost too sweet, if that makes sense? For the price, I guess I was expecting more. It’s not bad at all, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to buy it again

I really wanted to like this, but the taste just didn’t work for me. It was overly sweet in a weird way and had an aftertaste I couldn’t get past. I only had a little and ended up not finishing it. I also kind of wish the instructions or serving suggestions were clearer, just in case I was supposed to prepare it a certain way. Overall, not something I’d get again.

I ordered from ochocandy.com because I was hoping to find candies I don’t usually see at my local stores, and to be fair, there were some fun options. The selection was decent, and I did come across a few things I probably wouldn’t have picked up elsewhere, so that part was nice.

That said, I thought there would be more variety, or actually, maybe more variety within the flavors and brands they already carry. A few sections felt a little limited to me. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just kind of average overall...

I tried it it’s fine, but some of the flavors Taste a little artificial to me. not terrible, just not as natural as I was hoping...

I was looking for candy that would actually work with my dietary needs, but the info on the site just felt kind of vague. Like... some products had details, but others didn’t really say enough about allergens or whether they were vegan, so I didn’t feel confident about it.

I ended up not placing an order because I really don’t want to guess when it comes to food stuff. It might be totally fine for someone without restrictions, but for me... it just wasn’t helpful enough

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but for the price I thought the candy would feel a little more special. It was fine, just average, and the amount seemed kind of small for what I paid. Once shipping was added, the total felt even harder to justify. I’m sure I could find similar candy for less somewhere else, so I probably won’t order again...

I ordered some candy and the shipping was way slower than I expected!! There weren’t any clear updates for days, so I was just stuck waiting and wondering what was going on. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed.

My chocolates arrived in a beat-up, crushed box, and the wrapping inside was a mess too. A few pieces looked like they’d been knocked around during shipping. it was disappointing and felt like such a waste of energy getting excited to open it just to deal with damaged packaging. They really need to pack these better

I had to wait longer than expected, which was already annoying, and then the texture ended up feeling stale instead of fresh. Disappointing overall.
